How can I request a quote? Simply fill out our Quote Request form. We will contact you to assess the specific needs of your building.
What are the accepted methods of payment for "quotas de condomínio"? For reasons of transparency, rigor, and operational efficiency, we do not accept payments in cash. All payments must be made exclusively to the bank account held by the building.
Where can I physically deliver documents? We prioritize paperless delivery and digital submission. If it is strictly necessary to deliver physical documents, we will coordinate collection directly from your building or send them via CTT (Portuguese postal service).
How are building meetings held? "Assembleias" are held in person in the building's common areas (or a location to be agreed upon) or, by decision of the building owners, via videoconference, ensuring full legal validity and convenience.
In which areas do you provide services? Our administrative headquarters are located in Lisbon, but we provide services in Lisbon, Odivelas, and Loures.
